Progress Inspections

     You-the bank, owner, or architect recieve a request for a progress payment from your developer or general contractor. That is where CJM Construction Consulting comes in to the picture. We immediately move to action in looking out for your interest. 

  1. We review the project specifications and construction drawings prior to making the site inspection. 
  2. We then perform a site inspection to examine and verify the claimed percentage of work completed. 
  3. We prepare a written report and photographs that will detail any discrepancies between the amount requested and the actual amount of work completed.
